Your responsibilities:

• Leading a team of dentists, hygienists, assistants, and reception staff (in collaboration with the clinical manager)
• Optimizing room and personnel allocation for an efficient business result
• Counseling and motivating colleagues to create an inspiring work environment
• Ensuring excellent patient experience (9+ years of experience)
• Fostering growth of the client base and further developing the practice
• Serving as a central point of contact for the Shared Service Center in Hilversum
• Contributing to process improvement and smooth cooperation within the region

We are looking for a Practice Manager with:

• Bachelor's degree in work and thinking level
• Experience in a leadership position, preferably in the (oral) care sector
• Good ICT skills; experience with Exquise is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Natural leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Precision and attention to both detail and the bigger picture
