About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the clinic, ensuring smooth day-to-day administration, leading a dedicated team, and supporting the Practice Principal in delivering outstanding client outcomes. You’ll manage systems, people, and processes with precision and empathy, all while fostering a culture of excellence and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, families, and carers
• Leading and mentoring the administration team
• Managing clinic operations including scheduling, billing, and reporting
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with privacy, safety, and ethical standards
• Collaborating with therapists, funders (NDIA, Medicare), and support coordinators
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in practice management, billing, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for allied health and client-centered care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Required checks: Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, CPR & First Aid
