RECRUITMENT CONTEXT
With over 20 years of uninterrupted growth, our ambition is to accelerate it by strengthening our new team of Practice Managers.
You will benefit from the support and guidance of our COO, Raphaël Le Lièvre, who will work with you to define a common strategy to grow your Practice.
The role of the Practice Manager is essential in supporting, retaining, and planning the careers of consultants. It is a challenging position with multiple functions, decisive in the group's growth.
YOUR MISSIONS AS A PRACTICE MANAGER
You will take responsibility for the Data & Architecture Practice, consisting of 20 consultants.
Your role:
Management
- Manage and develop the performance and career of your team
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Foster the professional life of consultants
Recruitment
- Actively participate in the recruitment of your team
- Ensure the quality of selection processes from technical validation to the end of the recruitment process
Delivery
- Champion and promote MARGO's Data & Architecture offering and area of expertise
- Ensure the smooth running of projects for the consultants in your practice
- Participate in scoping or expertise missions for projects within your domain
- Represent offers and commitments to clients during pre-sales, audits, or project delivery phases
Expertise
- Ensure continuous technical expertise
- Manage partnerships, create events, strong technological watch, create offers
- Contribute to the development of MARGO's expert image

Upon joining MARGO
After a training period and the definition of your practice, you will follow and support a team of Data consultants towards excellence.
And after...
You will be able to evolve into a Practice Director position. You will then be expected to manage a larger team of consultants and implement structuring projects. In carrying out these tasks, consultant managers under your responsibility will support you.

YOU ARE A FUTURE MARGO IF:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5)
- You are familiar with the consulting world

- You have a strong aptitude for management
- You have successful prior experience as a Data Consultant or Salesperson in the Data consulting field
