The Opportunity

We are looking for a Practice Lead to join our growing practices across Industrial, Consumer & Luxury, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Corporate Functions.

Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, you will play a key role in growing your practice and leading a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants. You will work closely with clients to understand their businesses and leadership needs, lead senior-level search assignments, build trusted client relationships, and provide thoughtful market and talent insights throughout the process.

Beyond search delivery, you will be responsible for growing the practice, developing new business and building a high-performing team. You will coach and develop consultants, share your market expertise, and help shape how we work and grow as a firm. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build something, not simply manage a team or a desk.

What We're Looking For

You will have strong experience in executive search or recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering mid to senior-level assignments, developing client relationships and driving new business. You should be confident engaging senior stakeholders, commercially driven, and comfortable taking ownership of both clients and the growth of your practice.

You will also have experience leading, coaching or developing others, with a genuine interest in helping people grow and creating a team where people can do their best work. You should be intellectually curious, strategic in your thinking and comfortable identifying opportunities and turning ideas into action.

Most importantly, you will be someone who cares about doing good work, building genuine relationships and making an impact with clients, candidates and the people you lead.
