Practice Lead

Job Title : Practice Lead (Canadian/US Accounting) Location: Mohali SAS Nager, PB India (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time (Timing: 4PM to 1 AM IST) Role Definition - The Practise Lead is responsible to lead the foreign accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance and effective coordination with team to support organizational transparency and performance. Key Result Areas (Responsibilities) 1. Leadership role/Independent team building and handling: Set clear performance goals for the team and ensure timely completion of tasks. Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, trust, and respect among team members. 2. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Canadian/US accounting standards. Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in financial reports. 3. Team Coordination and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective coordination and collaboration. Develop and implement processes to improve communication, workflow, and productivity within the team. Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities and provide necessary training and resources to perform their tasks effectively. 4. Organizational Transparency and Performance: Support organizational transparency by ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify opportunities for growth and development.
