Our KI Competence Area has successfully taken off after its start in 2024 – now we're looking for the person who will further develop and grow it as Practice Lead. For this, you bring technical understanding, leadership skills, and genuine consulting and sales strength together. 

• You take over the build-up and leadership of our KI Competence Area and assume responsibility for its standards, methods, portfolio, and personnel growth.   

• You are the essential face of our KI offering to the outside – towards customers, partners, and the market.

• You take over project responsibility for ongoing and new KI- and digitalization projects – from initial structuring to steering to result verification at the customer's.

• You are actively involved in sales: You identify potential, develop customer relationships further, and are responsible for offer processes from the first idea to completion.

Das bringst du mit

You're an experienced professional with a technical background, who is at home in consulting and brings the energy to build up an area from scratch. This includes winning new customers, developing employees, and leading complex projects. You understand data structures, KI architectures, and what's behind the systems. 

• You have several years of experience in technology consulting or a comparable environment – with focus on KI and data.

• You combine technical understanding with sales instinct: You recognize customer needs, can articulate them, and translate them into a convincing offer.

• You have proven experience in project and team leadership as well as account management – and keep your overview even in complex situations.

• You are conceptually strong, moderation-secure, and communicate clearly in German and English.

• You love the flexibility of remote work, appreciate targeted work on-site at the customer's, and know its importance (ideally, your residence is near the Rhineland).
