The main mission of this internship position is to support the Groups and Events team in planning, coordinating, and executing events, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The intern will acquire key knowledge about hotel operations and department functioning, always under the supervision of the professional team at the hotel. What will you have to do? During your stay with us, you will be responsible for assisting the Groups and Events team in various tasks such as: • Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, including site visits and meetings with clients. • Providing support during event execution, ensuring that all logistical aspects are taken care of. • Maintaining accurate records and reports on event details and client feedback. • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
