What will you do?

What functions will you perform?
• Support in the preparation of all recipes based on the technical sheets of the established menu cycle.
• Collaborate in the management of costs and inventories, as well as in purchasing.
• Collaborate in the processes of cleaning, preservation, cooking, regeneration, and replenishment of food.
• Support the reception and storage of food items following established standards and received orders.
• Perform tasks in accordance with requirements, standards, and work procedures, and current legislation on safety and hygiene.
