Internship Administration and Management – 3 positions

Grupo Lagon seeks to incorporate 3 interns to support the Administration area at our Laguna de Duero (Valladolid) office.

The selected individuals will have the opportunity to gain practical experience by participating in the company's day-to-day operations and collaborating with different departments on tasks such as:

Document management and organization.
Filing and updating records.
Data entry, review, and update.
Management of internal mail and documentation.
Follow-up on procedures.
Support in various administrative tasks according to team needs.

We are looking for students who need to complete internships through an agreement with their university or educational center and who want to gain experience in a real professional environment.

Internship conditions:

Number of positions: 3.
Format: in-person.
Location: Laguna de Duero (Valladolid).
Remuneration: non-remunerated training internship.
Company hours: from September onwards, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute break for lunch. During summer hours, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Internship schedule: will be adapted to the number of hours, student availability, and conditions established in the agreement with their university or training center.
Start date: as soon as possible, depending on the processing of the internship agreement.

We want the internship to allow the student to actively participate in the daily functioning of the company, learn real administrative procedures, and gain experience that complements their academic training. Must be studying degrees related to Administration, Administrative Management, Administration and Finance, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar.

It is essential to be able to formalize an internship agreement with the university or educational center.
