Job description
Bidercorp is looking for a Pre-professional Human Resources Practitioner, who will join the Human Management team to ensure proper coverage of organization vacancies, improve climate activities and lead a Human Team.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of HR strategies and policies;
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and implement training programs for employees;
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection and onboarding processes;
- Provide support in employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions;
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of employee information;
- Participate in the development of organizational charts and job descriptions;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR policies are aligned with business objectives;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
