Job objective: We are looking to incorporate a graphic design practitioner and administrative tasks that will allow us to streamline the creation of materials and administrative tasks in the merchandising area. This will help us improve quality, consistency, and efficiency. As part of our team, you will be responsible for designing visual materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters, as well as performing administrative tasks related to merchandise management. You will work closely with our marketing department to ensure that all visual materials are aligned with the company's brand identity. Your main responsibilities will include: • Designing visual materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters for merchandising purposes. • Performing administrative tasks related to merchandise management, including data entry, filing, and record keeping. • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that all visual materials are aligned with the company's brand identity. • Providing support to the merchandising team as needed. • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas for new designs and concepts. • Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all design work. • Meeting deadlines and working efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design. • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's brand identity and visual guidelines. • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and inquiries from colleagues and stakeholders. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. • Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. • Developing and maintaining a positive attitude, being proactive, and showing enthusiasm for the role and responsibilities. • Participating in performance evaluations and setting goals for personal and professional growth.
