Talent and Development Intern LATAM

Job Objective:

Learn and provide follow-up on talent development processes and practices, including recruitment, training, performance management, and succession planning.

Job Roles:

• Support and assistance in talent, development, and training activities for the area.
• Follow-up on training programs and employees.
• Follow-up on development programs.
• Strengthen development and create presentations and manuals for training courses, applying cutting-edge methodologies and tools.
• Follow up and validate the correct functioning of the developed material.
• Support the implementation of talent development initiatives, such as training programs, workshops, and team building activities.
• Participate in meetings, events, and activities that facilitate networking and collaborative learning.

Languages:

English: advanced reading, writing, and conversation level.

Education:

Degree in Administration, Degree in Organizational Psychology, Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
