Continuity Improvement Practitioner

The Continuity Improvement Practitioner will support in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing internal processes, participating in efficiency, productivity, and quality initiatives. They will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in real projects, working with multifunctional teams and under the supervision of experienced personnel.

• Active student of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement.

• Basic to intermediate level management of Excel.

• Interest in data analysis, indicators (KPIs), and process optimization.

• Able to organize information and document processes.

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.

• Support in process mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and quality.

• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

• Support administrative and documentation activities of processes.

• Participate in data collection and analysis for KPI tracking.

• Collaborate with multifunctional teams in implementing improvements.

• Attend meetings and training sessions related to their area of learning.

Compensation

Monthly support $8,480 MXN
