Engineering Intern – Environmental Automation Project (TEMPORARY 1 YEAR)

About the Opportunity

At TekniPlex Healthcare we are looking for an Engineering Intern to join a Digitalization and Automation of Environmental Monitoring project in ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms.

If you are passionate about automation, technology, and continuous improvement, this is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a medical device manufacturing environment, participating in a project with a direct impact on the digital transformation of our processes.

Responsibilities

• Support in the digitalization of environmental monitoring processes.
• Collaborate in the implementation of solutions for the automation of data capture.
• Track and analyze information obtained from environmental monitoring.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to environmental monitoring systems.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
• Work collaboratively with the Environmental Engineering team and other support areas.

Requirements

• Student of:
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Automation Engineering
• Electronic Engineering
• Control Engineering
• Or a related degree.
• Preferably from the 7th semester onwards.
• Availability to undertake professional practice or residency for a period of 6 to 12 months.

Desirable Knowledge

• Instrumentation and sensors (temperature, humidity, differential pressure, particle counting, among others).
• Fundamentals of automation and control systems.
• Basic knowledge of SCADA.
• PLC or microcontrollers.
• Data acquisition.
• Industrial communications.
• Basic programming.
• Databases or information storage (desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
