Training Intern.

Responsibilities:

• Generation of RFQs (IMS Teams) and PRs in OA-TAS for the purchase of Courses from External Providers and training material. Follow-up from quotation to PO release and delivery to the area, sending invoices to suppliers, internal registration, reports, etc.
• Monitoring of the Annual Training Plan.
• Updating of Monitoring of Training Needs Detection Activities.
• Data entry of Training Records and Personnel File Reports.
• Data entry of Exit Passes in JNET.
• Support in JTC/SSC Internal Integration Events.

Requirements:

• Be an active student in one of the following majors: Communication, Psychology
• Administration, Pedagogy, Social Work, or related fields. From the 6th semester onwards.
• Microsoft Office
• Quality Systems (basic)
• Mexican Norms and Regulations (basic)
• Training Standards (basic)
• Intermediate English
• Planning
• Communication skills
• Teamwork
• Proactiveness

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm (flexible).
