Job Description

Support the Accounting department in activities related to the recording, analysis, and control of financial information, contributing to the accuracy of accounting processes and compliance with corporate policies. The intern will collaborate in the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and financial data analysis that facilitate the organization's decision-making.

Contribute to the efficiency and reliability of accounting processes through the analysis and validation of financial information, tracking of accounting records, reconciliations, and generation of reports that support decision-making and the organization's regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Student of Accounting, Finance, Financial Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Active student from the 5th semester or equivalent.
• Valid voluntary health insurance.
• Availability to undertake an internship for the duration of the project.
• Consider residency or ease of relocation to García, Nuevo León.

Technical Knowledge

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Database management and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting.
• Power BI (desirable).
• English B2 (Upper Intermediate).

Main Activities

• Support in recording and validating accounting information.
• Perform account reconciliations and track outstanding items.
• Analyze expenses and financial variations for report generation.
• Provide support in monthly accounting closings.
• Prepare financial reports and indicators using Excel and other analysis tools.
• Participate in internal audit processes and gather supporting documentation.
• Identify improvement opportunities in accounting and administrative processes.
• Collaborate with different areas for the obtention and validation of financial information.
