Purchasing Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

Manage materials flow and ensure availability to maintain operational continuity.

Execute tactical procurement, inventory control, and monitor supply chain performance.

Support all departments with material requisitions, coordinating supplier payment schedules to strengthen relationships and ensure efficiency.

Control and follow up on invoices until proper payment and maintain supplier files and records.

Participate in the supplier management system, including creation, approval, and maintenance of supplier data files.

Conduct supplier reviews and performance evaluations, providing insights for dynamic supplier management.

Drive the development of new suppliers and coordinate the return of non-conforming materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Engineering in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Fresh graduate in Administration, Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain.

Intermediate English proficiency or higher (preferred).
