Business Unit: Sigma México | Corporate Objective of the Position: Provide support in managing and administering compensation and benefits programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing and processing employee compensation and benefit requests • Maintaining accurate records and reports of compensation and benefits transactions • Collaborating with HR team to resolve any issues or discrepancies • Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding their compensation and benefits inquiries • Staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with HR systems and software.
