Responsibilities and requirements of the position
1 Provide timely follow-up and handle packages with incidents and exceptional cases.
2 Possess basic knowledge of Excel.
3 Continuously follow up on assigned activities and pending tasks until their correct resolution is ensured.
4 Maintain effective communication with the involved areas and coordinate the resolution of incidents that arise during operations.
5 Have a proactive, responsible, and committed attitude towards work, with a focus on results.
