Job description
Mission:
Achieve synergy and collaboration in the Total Alignment processes through the management of individual performance with wireline operations collaborators.
Education:
Undergraduate student in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Support/Training and follow-up with users on the Performance Management system
- Ensure the completion of individual SCs through monthly performance evaluation
- Follow-up and consolidation of IT support Tickets for SGD system improvements
- Update manuals and training videos on strategic alignment processes
- Preparation and sending of the OP MA Strategy Adherence Report (commitment tracking)
