Change Management Intern

Position Objective

Support in the execution and monitoring of cultural transformation initiatives: measurements, training, practices, rituals, etc.

Position Responsibilities

• Creation of visual materials (executive presentations, communications, videos, etc.)
• Research of resources for cultural transformation
• Support in institutional events
• Database management
• Analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
• Support in managing internal reports and indicators

• Interpersonal skills
• Research ability
• Proficiency in Office 360 (Excel, Power Point, and Word)
• Analytical thinking
• Problem-solving
• Student of organizational psychology, human resources, industrial engineering, graphic design, or industrial design.
