• You coordinate the cooperation with relevant interfaces (nursing schools, etc.)

• You have completed a recognized apprenticeship as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse, or health and nursing assistant
• You have the willingness to complete the further education to become a practical guidance or already possess this qualification
• You are welcome with or without professional experience
• You are a team player and empathetic in your dealings with residents and colleagues
