Production Worker - Baler Operator

We are currently recruiting for the position of:

PRODUCTION WORKER – BALER OPERATOR

Place of work: Nowy Kawęczyn near Skierniewice

Your tasks:

• Operation of a baling machine (pressing cardboard waste).

• Trimming unnecessary cardboard elements from sheets (manually or mechanically).

• Careful stacking of cardboard elements on a pallet.

• Stretch wrapping of cardboard products stacked on pallets manually or mechanically.

• Manual labor.

• Maintaining order at the workstation.

• Manual dexterity and accuracy.

• Availability and independence.

• Readiness to work in a shift system (12-hour shifts).

• Ability to work under time pressure.

• Teamwork skills.

• Experience in production work is welcome.
