Your responsibilities

• On a daily basis, you will ensure that the production line can operate smoothly and without unnecessary downtime. Your tasks will include:
• delivering packaging materials and raw materials to the production line according to current demand,
• operating production equipment – after appropriate onboarding and training,
• participating in line changeovers, i.e., preparing it for the production of a different product,
• informing your supervisor about shortages, irregularities, or problems that may stop production,
• maintaining order and cleanliness in the production area – this ensures we work safely and efficiently,
• performing other auxiliary tasks related to the functioning of production lines.

Our requirements

• We are looking for someone who:
• is ready for shift work – including at night, on weekends, and Sundays,
• approaches their duties responsibly and can be relied upon,
• enjoys teamwork and knows that good cooperation helps to efficiently carry out production,
• is engaged, honest, and willing to learn,
• can communicate in Polish to a degree that allows for safe work.
• You do not need to have previous experience in a similar position. You will receive onboarding and support from the team and a mentor during the onboarding period (approximately 3 months) to prepare you well for daily work.
