Production Worker - from immediately

We are looking for a production worker for our client, who specializes in producing ball bearings and metal tapes. The job involves:

PRODUCTION WORKER

location: Aleja Grunwaldzka - Gdańsk Oliwa (close to SKM and bus/tram stops)

work in system: 5 days of work per week, 12 hours a day / 5 days off

type of employment: temporary contract with the possibility of long-term employment

wage: 4666 PLN/brutto + bonus up to 400 PLN/brutto + additional 200 PLN/brutto for working in a 4-shift system

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applying galvanic coatings to ball bearings according to technical documentation,
• Mounting ball bearings on hooks for the machine,
• Maintaining technological equipment while following safety regulations, environmental protection, and job instructions.

REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL):

• Experience in production or physical work,
• Readiness to work shifts,
• Communicative Polish - we work with instructions in Polish.
