Your scope of responsibilities Work with Microsoft SQL databases - creating queries, stored procedures, and reports supporting business decisions Support development and maintenance of a B2B sales platform Diagnosing user problems in the ERP system or other systems Providing technical assistance to users Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues Maintaining accurate records of work performed and reporting on progress Providing support for the implementation of new technologies and processes Assisting in the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards
