Facility Maintenance Employee

Place of work: Glina (Otwock district)

Your responsibilities

• ongoing maintenance of the operational efficiency of machines, equipment, and production machinery
• diagnosing and removing faults and malfunctions
• performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs of machinery
• responding to reports of breakdowns and technical issues occurring in production
• cooperation with external services and suppliers of machines and equipment
• ensuring order, tidiness, and proper technical condition of the entire facility, including the production hall, warehouses, technical rooms, and the area around the company
• carrying out or organizing minor repair, technical, and cleaning works on an ongoing basis
• monitoring the technical condition of the facility's infrastructure, including lighting, doors, gates, fences, equipment, and other elements requiring ongoing maintenance
• ensuring the safe and aesthetic condition of the company's premises.

Our requirements

• has experience in maintenance, machine servicing, technical work, or a similar position
• possesses practical technical knowledge and can independently diagnose problems
• knows the basics of mechanics and electrical engineering
• can read technical documentation and schematics
• is independent, responsible, and organizes their work well
• can react quickly in emergency situations
• is thorough and pays attention to the technical condition and order in the workplace
• can independently identify problems and suggest solutions
• is communicative and can cooperate with production and external companies
• observes health and safety regulations and cares for their own safety and that of other employees

Nice to have

• experience working with CNC machines
• knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• knowledge of industrial robots
• ability to perform minor renovation and repair works
• experience in conducting preventive inspections
• experience in cooperating with external services
