General Construction Worker - Finishing Works

Your responsibilities

• Assistance in performing various construction works, such as: preparing and tidying up the construction site, transporting materials, performing demolitions, laying structural elements
• Preparation and maintenance of tools and machinery in good condition
• Assistance in performing electrical, plumbing, and heating installations
• Painting works, wallpapering, laying floors and other finishing elements
• Assembly and disassembly of scaffolding and formwork
• Performing general construction works in accordance with the recommendations and instructions of superiors
• Carrying out cleaning works on the construction site
• Work on assignment
• Commute to construction site approx. 1 hour
• Performing works related to maintaining order and cleanliness on the construction site
• Providing assistance in works related to large construction projects
• Adherence to regulations and norms related to work safety on the construction site
• Cooperation with other members of the construction team

Our requirements

• Expectations for candidates for the position of General Construction Worker:
• Experience working as a general construction worker,
• Knowledge of various types of building materials and tools,
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans,
• Ability to perform simple tasks related to construction, renovation, and maintenance,
• Ability to operate basic hand and power tools,
• Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other employees,
• Autonomy and ability to work
• Diligence and attention to detail in performing assigned tasks,
• Physical stamina and readiness to work at heights,
• Ability to adhere to OHS regulations on the construction site,
• Possession of a category B driving license may be an additional advantage.
