• preparing and serving meals,
• pleasant customer service,

• Remuneration for work is determined at an amount corresponding to the type of work performed, the qualifications of the employee required for its performance, taking into account the quantity and quality of work performed.
• Remuneration for work on a full-time basis cannot be lower than the minimum wage.
• An employee employed on a part-time basis is entitled to basic remuneration and other components of remuneration in proportion to the working time established in the employment contract.
• Hourly rates are calculated by dividing the amount of basic monthly remuneration due for full-time work in a month by the nominal working time in a given month.
