For our client Dekoracyjna cegła – a company operating in the construction industry, specializing in the recovery and processing of building materials – we are implementing projects supporting the development of teams working on investments throughout Poland. Our client is an organization that focuses on efficiency, concrete results, and real earnings for employees. Projects are carried out in various locations in Poland, and work is done in cohesive teams, often involving travel. The company is developing its structures and constantly increasing the scale of its operations, which is why it is looking for individuals ready for physical labor who want to have a real impact on their earnings and work in a result-oriented model.

Physical Worker – Demolition / Brick Acquisition (On Business Trip, All of Poland)

We are looking for individuals who:

• are physically strong and ready for hard work,

• are disciplined (punctual, sober),

We welcome:

• experience in physical / construction work,

• people from Ukraine,

• ready groups of friends (3–8 people) – the client very gladly cooperates with such teams.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• acquiring bricks from demolished buildings (travel work – all of Poland),

• manual cleaning of bricks from mortar (hammer, masonry tools),

• stacking bricks on pallets,

• cleaning work on the construction site.

• an attractive remuneration system dependent on your commitment – up to PLN 400 per day,

• piece-rate system – you earn for the effect of your work,
