Construction Worker - Assistant on Investments

Na Gotowo** is looking for someone to join its team to work on our residential investments in Białystok and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for an **organized and independent person** who will help us with the daily operations of the investments. The scope of work is varied – from **shopping at wholesale stores and delivering materials to construction sites**, through supporting construction teams, to minor assembly, cleaning, and organizational tasks.

In short: **if something is missing on the construction site, something needs to be picked up, delivered, assembled, improved, or organized – you will be the person who helps get it done.**

We are not looking for a typical assistant who just waits for orders. We are looking for someone **responsible, organized, and willing to work**, who can independently handle assigned tasks.

Your responsibilities:

making current purchases at construction wholesale stores,

picking up materials and delivering them to our investments,

preparing and loading materials, and ensuring their safe transport,

ensuring the ongoing supply of construction sites,

supporting construction teams in general construction and finishing works,

performing minor assembly and repair works,

assisting in removing defects and imperfections,

assembling simple equipment elements,

operating basic power tools,

maintaining order and organization on the construction site,

performing current tasks related to the operation of the investments.

Our requirements

• you have a **driver's license category B** and feel comfortable behind the wheel,
• you can drive a delivery van or have experience driving one,
• you are independent and responsible,
• you are not afraid of physical work,
• you have basic manual skills,
• you can operate basic power tools,
• you have basic knowledge of construction and finishing work – **welcomed**,
• you are punctual, accurate, and organize your work well,
• above all, **you want to work and can handle a task from start to finish**.
• experience in construction will be a big advantage, but it is not a necessary condition.**
• we are also happy to employ **young people and students**. If you have a driver's license, are organized, willing to work, and want to gain experience – you are welcome.
