Our client is a company from the Netherlands, expanding its customer service department
Work with the Dutch language (customer service)
Krakow
We do not require experience for this position - we will teach you everything during the initial training
- handling incoming customer inquiries regarding orders and shipment of ordered goods in the online store
- responding in Dutch
- forwarding inquiries for further processing to other departments
REQUIREMENTS:
- very good knowledge of Dutch (C1) and English (B1/B2)
- readiness to work and willingness to learn
- availability from Monday to Friday, standard working hours
- smile, openness, positive attitude
- we do not require experience for this position

- salary based on an employment contract
- work in a system: 3 days from the office in Krakow, 2 days from home
