Position: Remote Recruiter

Job description:
We are looking for people who will join our team as remote recruiters due to the dynamic development of our company.
Your task will be to actively recruit and select candidates, contact clients, and provide support in recruitment processes for companies from various industries in Poland and abroad.

Scope of responsibilities:

Independent management of recruitment processes

Contact with candidates and clients

Creating and publishing job postings

Selection of CVs and conducting qualifying interviews

Collaboration with the recruitment team

Expectations:

Experience in recruitment or willingness to develop in this area

Good work organization and independence

Communicativeness and ability to build relationships

Access to a computer and stable internet connection

Knowledge of foreign languages will be an additional asset
