The roles at a glance

Depending on your experience, the tasks at our company will look different. Here are the three levels, which we're constantly building contacts:

Junior PR Manager (from 1 year of experience in active media work)

You develop creative, tailored PR story angles and pitch them directly to journalists, no standard texts, no PMs from the shelf. You support clients from various industries in a two- to three-person team and are their sparring partner on eye level, not just an order taker. You build relationships with journalists from business, GI, and specialized media outlets and place your clients there with convincing stories. And you work with our internal AI stack for research, pitch preparation, and theme scouting, so that more time is left for substance and creativity.

PR Manager (from 3 years of experience)

You support clients strategically and operationally, usually in a two- to three-person team, and are their genuine sparring partner on eye level, whether C-level, communications director or in-house PR manager. You develop redactionally thought-out PR stories and pitch them individually. You work with clear KPIs and actively contribute to success through daily media contact. And you build a reliable network of journalists from the most important media outlets in the DACH region and Europe.

Senior PR Manager (from 4+ years of experience, ideally agency background)

You develop individual PR strategies for clients from the B2B and B2C sectors, with a clear focus on theme placement in relevant media. You steer communication professionally, plan ahead with quarterly plans and KPIs, and build long-term relationships as a sparring partner on C-level eye level. You share your knowledge within the team, give and take peer-to-peer feedback across all experience levels. And you monitor the news landscape actively to recognize theme potential before others do.

All three levels: You work actively with our internal AI stack, build a network of journalists from the most important media outlets, and speak professional English.

Qualifikation

• You have operational PR experience gathered, whether agency- or in-house-side, with noticeable placements in German leading media outlets.
• You've already worked on your own clients and strategically and operationally managed them.
• You understand how different media tick and develop complex themes into precise stories that function journalistically.
• You have a well-maintained network of journalists or are building one.
• Eigenverantwortung is just as important to you as team cohesion. Sharing knowledge openly belongs to you.
• KI is your network, not a threat. You've already worked with LLMs or AI workflows.
• You speak German on C2 level, communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany.
