PR Specialist - External Corporate Communication (m/w/d)

Responsibility for external HR communication (e.g. career announcements, apprentice communication, and creation of employee portraits) Collaboration on and responsibility for Corporate-Publishing-Projects Coordination and alignment with external agencies as well as internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent corporate image. This includes the development of content strategies, concept design, and implementation of various formats such as articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts. The goal is to create a strong employer brand that showcases SPAR's values, culture, and achievements. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is able to work independently, and has experience in corporate publishing or HR communication. A degree in communications, journalism, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite is also necessary.
