Your Role

• Strategic Client Management: You manage clients from various industries strategically and operationally – mostly in two- to three-person teams. As a true sparring partner on eye level with your clients, whether C-level, communications director or in-house PR manager: you think with them, advise proactively, and are not just an order taker.
• Press Work at the Highest Level: You develop creative, editorially well-thought-out PR stories and pitch them to journalists individually.
• On the AI Wave: You work actively with our internal AI stack. Research, pitch preparation, theme scouting – where machines are faster, we let them do it. You invest the time you gain in substance, relationships, and creativity.
• Goal-Oriented Performance: You work with clear KPIs and contribute actively to success through daily media contact and close client management.
• Active Networking: You build and maintain robust relationships with journalists from the most important media outlets in the DACH region and Europe.

About You

• 3 years of operational PR experience on agency or in-house side (e.g. as Junior PR Consultant, PR Advisor or Communications Manager with a focus on PR) with notable placements in German leading media.
• You have worked with your own clients and managed them strategically and operationally.
• You understand how different media tick and develop complex themes into precise stories that function journalistically.
• You have a well-maintained network of journalists and know how to build and maintain trustful relationships.
• You value self-responsibility just as much as team cohesion, and you want to join a team where knowledge is openly shared.
• KI is your network, not a threat. You have already worked with LLMs or AI workflows and look forward to working with our system and shaping it.
• You speak German at C2 level, can also communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany.
