Your Role

• PRESS WORK ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL: You develop creative and tailored PR stories that you pitch directly to journalists. No standard texts – only real, targeted PR work. No social media.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: You support three customers independently and help others in the customer team.
• ACTIONABLE MEDIA COMMUNICATION: You build and maintain close relationships with journalists and bring your customers through convincing stories into conversation.
• TARGETED PERFORMANCE: You work with clear KPIs and actively contribute to success through daily media contact and close customer support.

Who You Are

• You have over 2 years of experience in the operational PR world (e.g., as a Junior PR Consultant, PR Advisor or Communications Manager with a focus on PR) and have successfully placed companies in major media outlets.
• You understand how media works and develop complex topics into precise stories that function journalistically.
• You have already worked with your own customers and strategically and operationally managed them.
• You have a well-maintained network of journalists and know how to build and maintain trustful relationships.
• You actively monitor the news landscape and recognize theme potential before others do.
• You work independently, bring yourself into the team, and share your knowledge openly.
• You use KI tools pragmatically to accelerate processes, so you have more time for in-depth content and creative ideas.
• You are positive, full of drive, and eager to grow with us long-term.
• You speak German on a C2 level, can communicate professionally in English, and live in Germany.
