In our Berliner Headquarter, all communicative threads come together. As PR Manager External Communications (w/x/m/d), you are more than just a media interface: You are the strategic voice that precisely and sovereignly places our Corporate-Themes. In a market environment that is constantly moving, you are responsible for our Media Relations and ensure that MILES is not only present in the business and trade press but also sets accents.

Your Responsibility

• Strategic Communication: You develop the Corporate Communications Strategy based on our company goals and implement it operationally.
• Media Relations: You are the central interface for media representatives. You answer press inquiries (reactively) and actively set themes at leading and specialized media (proactively), to continuously increase our visibility.
• Content & Messaging: You create press releases, guest articles, statements, Q&As, and briefings. You find the right words for complex topics and ensure consistent messaging.
• Crisis Communication: In exceptional situations, you work closely with the Head of Communications, develop language guidelines, and act professionally under time pressure.
• LinkedIn: You are responsible for editorial planning and content creation for our corporate profile on LinkedIn. You also steer community management and analyze performance.
• Press Spokesperson Function: You represent MILES officially to the media and partners.
• Speaker Placement: You identify speaking opportunities, place our experts at relevant events, and create briefings for them.
• Joint PR: You coordinate joint communication measures with partner companies and cities.
• Monitoring: You analyze the reporting about MILES and lead measures and reports based on this analysis.

Your Profile

• Experience: You have 4 to 7 years of professional experience in PR or corporate communication, ideally in a dynamic market environment or an agency.
• Network: You bring valuable contacts to relevant business, trade, and mobility media.
• Linguistic Competence: Your communication is precise, stylish, and target-group-oriented - both in German and English.
• Strategic Thinking: You can quickly penetrate complex issues and translate them into clear communication strategies.
• LinkedIn Expertise: You know how professional content on LinkedIn works and how to successfully manage a corporate profile.
• Personality: You act independently, are resilient, and bring a sovereign demeanor as the official contact person for the company with you.
