PR / Communications Manager (m/w/d) for Kanzleimarketing

THE MARKETER is the specialized marketing agency or Go-To-Agency for projects for law firms, lawyers, and tax consultants. We are the outsourced marketing department for a demanding target group that expects strategic thinking and excellent implementation. From brand strategy to client acquisition to social media presence – we ensure visibility with substance.

To drive our growth forward and accompany our customers even more comprehensively, we are looking for a PR / Communications Manager (m/w/d). In this role, you have the unique opportunity to shape the PR department and elevate the communication of our agency and our customers to the next level.

Aufgaben

In this hybrid role, you will combine strategic building with demanding daily business. You will be the voice for our customers and our own brand.

Aufbau der PR-Unit (ca. 50%):

• Strategie & Konzeption: You develop a tailored PR strategy for us and our clients from the law and tax consulting industry.
• Medienarbeit: You build a sustainable network to relevant trade and business media, maintain contacts, and are the first point of contact for press inquiries.
• Thought Leadership: You identify relevant topics, position our clients as experts, write and place feature articles, and organize interviews.
• Content für PR: You write convincing press releases that are gladly picked up by the media.

Senior Communications Management (ca. 50%):

• Content-Exzellenz: You write and edit high-quality content (e.g., for websites, case studies, LinkedIn posts) and ensure that every communication meets the high quality standards of our customers.
• Ranking Management: You create and optimize submissions for the common rankings of the industry (JUVE, Chambers, Legal 500 etc.)
• Kundenberatung: You act as a strategic advisor for our customers in all communication matters and plan integrated campaigns.
• Agentur-Wachstum: You strengthen the brand THE MARKETER through targeted communication measures and actively contribute to our positioning as market leader.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have a completed degree (Communication Science, Marketing, Business Administration etc.) and bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of PR, corporate communication, or in a relevant agency role.
• Schreibtalent: You possess excellent language skills and absolute text security in the German language. You can clearly, precisely, and target-group-orientedly convey complex issues.
