PQG Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor is an integral part of a company whose focus is to change the automotive landscape. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a group of UAW represented employees. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that process controls are in place to meet all corporate standards and for preventing the outflow of defects from the process. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for creating, implementing and sustaining vehicle control plans to prevent the outflow of defects from the process. The Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. He/She will work closely with other departments to identify and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects. The Quality Supervisor is expected to maintain a high level of technical knowledge and understanding of quality control principles, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
