Objective is to lead a team of 7 members providing support to 3 different systems. Team is split not only in 3 systems but also in 3 shifts: 08:00 – 16:00, 13:00 – 20:00, 16:00 – 00:00.  The system MIC does the integration of accounting automatic processes.
