PPC Specialist (Home Services Lead Generation)

Location: Remote
Employment: Full-time Contractor (4050 hrs/week)
Compensation: $2,000- $4,000 USD per month (flexible for exceptional candidates)
Schedule: Must overlap significantly with U.S. Central Time (7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. CT)

We are seeking a PPC Specialist with experience in home services lead generation to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires strong English communication skills (accents welcome). You will be responsible for analyzing marketing and lead generation data, providing insights, and supporting client campaigns to drive measurable results.

• Analyze lead generation and marketing data in the home services sector

• Build reports and dashboards to communicate insights clearly to clients

• Work closely with account managers and performance teams to optimize campaigns

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve client outcomes

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources and reporting tools

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, specifically in home services lead generation

• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); client-facing experience required

• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards, attribution tools, CRM data)

• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week with strong overlap in U.S. Central Time (CT) hours

• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights

• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, CallRail, or similar attribution/reporting tools

• Familiarity with workflow automation (Zapier, APIs, etc.)

• Experience collaborating with PPC/media buying teams
