PPA Originator (m/f/d)

What awaits you

• Identification and acquisition of new energy customers in the field of renewable energies
• Development and optimization of revenue hedging strategies for the funds
• Conducting contract negotiations for direct marketing, PPAs, and HKNs (national and international)
• Preparation, participation in, and follow-up of PPA tenders (RFPs)
• Modeling and economic evaluation of PPA structures and battery storage solutions
• Preparation, presentation, and coordination of reports and decision-making bases for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuous market and risk analysis, including monitoring of regulatory developments

What you bring

• Completed university degree, ideally in economics, industrial engineering, energy management, or a comparable course of study
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in negotiating and concluding PPAs and energy trading, ideally in the renewable energy sector
• Sound knowledge of market structures, regulation, and price drivers in the electricity market, as well as the economic viability of battery storage
• Very good Excel skills and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI or Python) are an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Strong sales affinity and entrepreneurial thinking
• High self-motivation, solution-orientation, and confident demeanor in negotiations
