Power Plant Head

To provide management direction and leadership and ensure that the Power Plant facility is operated in a safe, reliable and economic manner consistent with Industry Practices, major plant equipment operation manuals, site agreements, contracts, permits, rules, regulations Responsible for power plant for power production, maintenance, quality control Administer the plant's Safety, Operations, Compliance, Maintenance, Administrative, Training, and Environmental QA/QC programs to assure the safe, reliable and economic operation of the Power Plant facility. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures for power production, maintenance, quality control, and environmental protection. Provide leadership and direction to plant personnel to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety metrics, production levels, and environmental impact. Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in power generation, maintenance, and quality control processes. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the Power Plant facility. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders including employees, customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
