Power Automate Developer

Were looking for a Power Automate Developer with strong experience in both Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows to automate business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.

Youll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).

• Translate business requirements into detailed flow diagrams and design documentation.

• Integrate Power Automate solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party APIs or systems.

• Perform unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful production deployment.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and apply fixes to existing automation solutions.

• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and other developers for timely project delivery.

• Maintain code quality, documentation, and adherence to established standards.

• Participate in regular status meetings and progress reviews.

• 5+ years of professional experience in automation or RPA development.

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop).

• Strong understanding of Power Platform connectors, triggers, and actions.

• Experience in flow design, debugging, troubleshooting, and deployment.

• Knowledge of integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and third-party APIs.

• Familiarity with automation best practices and process optimization.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field; Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality solutions on tight deadlines.

• Previous experience working in distributed or hybrid teams.

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, or Azure Logic Apps is an advantage.
