Ihre Aufgaben

• Development, adaptation and modernization of Power Automate Desktop (PAD) Flows based on existing UiPath processes.

• Accompanying the entire migration chain from analysis to conception and implementation to test and commissioning.

• Ensuring high-quality and sustainable automation standards under consideration of PAD best practices.

• Strategic and technical consulting on workflow control, error handling, logging, scaling and queue-based processing.

• Implementing integrations to connected systems via APIs, Web-Automation, SAP, SharePoint, Excel and internal specialized applications.

• Coordinating with the Power Platform Team and relevant departments to incorporate professional requirements and test support.

• Building and maintaining necessary governance elements such as credential handling, logging concept and execution guidelines.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for all Flows according to internal specifications.

• Participating in the change process including documentation, creation/coordination of Change Requests and coordination of migration dates (e.g. ServiceNow).

• Conducting remote activities with participation in meetings and discussions with internal teams as needed.

Must-Anforderungen

• In-depth knowledge in developing complex Power Automate Desktop (PAD) desktop Flows including error handling, orchestration, queue processing, logging concepts, UI-Automation and Web-Automation.

• Proven experience in migrating existing RPA processes, ideally from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop.

• Practical experience with API integration (REST/SOAP), authentication procedures as well as handling JSON/XML and HTTP requests within PAD.

• Knowledge of UI-based SAP automation (SAP GUI, structured navigation, error handling).

• Experience in automating Microsoft 365/SharePoint for processing structured data, lists, documents and SharePoint-based workflows.

• Secure handling of Excel automation and the Excel object model in PAD for data manipulation table-based processes.

• Experience with load balancing, scaling and stable, repeatable workflows in RPA environments.

• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, VAIT) and their implications for automated processes, particularly traceability, logging and recovery strategies.

• Ability to precisely document PAD Flows including workflow description, execution environments and permissions.

Kann-Anforderungen

• General RPA knowledge, particularly experience in handling UiPath.

• Azure basic knowledge, particularly in the context of credential management and platform integration.

• Knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud), Power Apps or Power BI.

• Experience with ITIL processes, particularly incident-, problem-, change- and release-management.

• Experience with ServiceNow for Change Requests and documentation.
