About our Team: We are a diverse team of eight Service Owners within Group IT at Helvetia, responsible for ensuring that our platform and infrastructure services run smoothly across the organization. As a Service Owner, you will be responsible for the PostgreSQL service, ensuring its smooth operation, performance, and security. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the service. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration of the service into our overall IT landscape. We are looking for someone who is passionate about PostgreSQL, has a strong understanding of database concepts, and can effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
