A restaurant in Geneva has commissioned us to find their future Chef de Partie (M/F).DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSIONWithin an elegant establishment, we are looking for a Postenchef who is responsible for the smooth operation of the kitchen, including the supervision of the cooking staff and the preparation of meals. The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar position and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management is also essential. In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the Postenchef will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene in the kitchen. This includes ensuring that all food products are stored and handled correctly, and that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
