Post Sales Service Engineer

The Role
As an After-Sales Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the commissioning, optimisation, maintenance, and repair of Reemoon's advanced sorting machinery across New Zealand. The role involves direct customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and occasional overseas travel for installations and training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commission, optimise, maintain, and repair Reemoon machinery nationwide.
Provide on-site and remote support to customers to ensure uptime and performance.
Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Liaise with local and international engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Prepare service reports and communicate status updates to management.
Uphold safety and quality standards in all work activities.
Participate in ongoing technical training and product updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (degree or trade).
Valid New Zealand driver's licence and work rights.
Strong English communication (written and verbal).
Proven diagnostic and problem-solving ability.
Able to work independently in dynamic environments.
Hands-on experience in machinery maintenance or industrial automation advantageous.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
