Post Basic Pharmacist

Faircape Health Tokai Estate is a Sub Acute Care and Rehabilitation Centre which provides restorative care and rehabilitation for patients recovering from a variety of medical conditions. Our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) of leading healthcare professionals administers care in most areas of patient care including medication management, wound care, pain management, and rehabilitation therapy. We are seeking a Post Basic Pharmacist who will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to our patients. The ideal candidate should have a post basic qualification in pharmacy and at least 2 years of experience in a similar environment. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the MDT to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
